Home Staging Services
We provide designer-quality home staging for your real estate listings, combining up-to-date furniture and accessories with classic touches to meet the needs of the Richmond market.
We work with agents to ensure the design of the staging meets your needs, e.g., the design reflects your likely buyer pool and neighborhood aesthetics.
We use our curated collection of furniture and accessories to help inspire potential buyers to see themselves living in your listing.

Our services include a consultation in the home-for-sale to help us understand your staging needs, and styling of the following spaces with furniture and accessories according to your photography and listing timelines:
We quote these individually depending on size of house/number of rooms/outdoor spaces. We always style the front exterior to create the best first impression for potential buyers and put in any effort necessary to show the home off beautifully in photographs and in-person.
We use our own designer-sourced inventory to create staging designed specifically for each listing to highlight the home’s best features and make it feel #designednotstaged (our motto!).

Services include a consultation in the home-for-sale to help us understand your staging needs. For partial staging, we provide the following services according to your photography and listing timelines:
- For empty homes, we will stage vignettes in selected spaces to highlight important features of the home and help the home feel warm and inviting. This could include plants, small seating arrangements, small furniture like entryway tables and two-person dining set-ups, and kitchen and bathroom accessories.
- For homes that are occupied or still have furniture in them, we will arrange and edit existing furniture pieces, and add small furniture pieces and accessories as necessary to highlight the home’s best features.
-
These services include a two-hour consultation in the home-for-sale with the current homeowners/sellers to formulate a plan of action for the sellers to prep their home for sale. This is a good option when a home is fully occupied and the sellers are able to do some basic work on their own.
We will go through all spaces in the home and use our staging checklist to formulate a staging plan for the sellers. Our checklist covers recommendations for basic repairs, deep cleaning, painting, furniture positioning and décor staging, small upgrades such as lighting fixtures and changes to mirrors, and any other changes reasonable for a seller to address that are likely to help improve the timing and price of the home sale.
We will provide a staging plan in writing to you and the seller with room-by-room notes and recommendations for prepping the home for sale.
